Staying at the Avalon Hotel was a really nice experience, I needed a place just to get my head down while on business promoting website www.Flatmaterooms.co.uk in the area , everything from check in to the rooms and food were really good , dont think i'll be in the area again but i would recommended this hotel

I just booked up for New Year at the Avalon. Its a great place to stay MIke and co are really great company very friendly i think his bark is worse than his bite ha. This will be ower 4th or 5th New Year at the Avalon cant wait to see u all again Chris and the lads from Scotland.

We have just spent bank holiday weekend there, had a brilliant time cannot fault anything, food was very good and the staff could'nt be any nicer and friendly. Great atmosphere in the bar, It is clean and tidy and i would stay there again. Thanks again for all your help.

Hi Just wanted to say we had a great weekend in the hotel, only critisism was the music! Biker bar should have rock music available! Apart from that, great place, would stay again.

Just got back to south wales after staying at The Avalon over the weekend. Great pub, great people and I left my USK Valley MCC t-shirt so it can be added to the ceiling collection at some point. See you there sometime.
