Apart from the scary looking bikers outside of the hotel which i must say never moved and did try to intimidate me i felt. It was a very good experience overall

Another fantastic trip to the Avalon Hotel, Whitley Bay, you never fail to deliver! Our thanks to the III Rivers crew who helped get our bike safely back to the hotel (twice!) Can't recommend this hotel enough to anyone wanting to explore Northumbria on a motorcycle.
